Yucca whipplei (chaparral yucca, Our Lord's candle, Spanish bayonet, Quixote yucca, common yucca, foothill yucca) produces a stemless cluster of long, rigid thin silvery-green leaves which end in a sharp point. The leaf edges are finely saw-toothed.
