Bright yellow flowers with amber-tipped petals and a brick-red calyx cluster near the stem base. Short, comb-like spines spread outward and curve gently inward, exhibiting subtle individual variation.
Senecio articulatus variegatus is a charming colourful variegated form.The leaves are tricolour green, creamy-white and pink-violet and very much shaped like little Alocasia leaves. Leaves drop in dry times, new ones being produced when growth resumes.
A dwarf pachycaul shrub or tree native only to Madagascar. It has a short trunk that branches just above the soil, bearing long, thin, gracefully arching branches. Fleshy, obovate leaves appear in opposite pairs, each pair subtended by a pair of spines.
Flattened top with finely incised margins. The edge features a delicate, engraved-like pattern, resembling precise sculpting. A distinctive morphological trait. This textured, graphic appearance adds ornamental value and is highly appreciated.
Wonderful form with a rugose, reticulate surface in shades of reddish-brown, faint bluish nuances, and fairly distinct, irregularly toothed margins. Shoulders beige to milky bluish-grey.
Ferobergia is a horticultural intergeneric hybrid, made by crossing of a Ferocactus as a female and a Leuchtenbergia principis as a male. These hybrids are very variable, due to the intersection of characters deriving from the parents.
This is one of the best and cute haworthia cultivars. The leaves are banded with raised horizontal strips. The rosette is perfect, compact and elegant.
Portulacaria afra f. variegata, the Rainbow Bush, is a popular variegated form with creamy-yellow mottled leaves. It looks rather like a small jade plant with nearly horizontally branches that sprawl on the soil. Tiny pink flowers appear in summer.
Stem dark gray-green, purple tints enhanced in full sun; covered in tubercles with short fishbone-arranged spines. Basal flowers appear at soil level in deep red to pink-purple shades.
