Aloe khamiesensis is a single-stemmed aloe up to 3 m tall. The stem is stout about 10 cm in diameter at the base. The inflorescence with 4 to 8 racemes, bears bright orange-red flowers, with greenish-yellow tips. Leaves are green with bright white spots.
