Crassula barbata (Bearded Leaved Crassula) is a biennial or annual succulent forming a basal rosette. Its spirally arranged leaves are characteristically edged with long, spreading white hairs, giving a "bearded" appearance. A species of significant botanical interest.

This plant sends up spikes of small white to pale pink flowers in spring. Once flowering ends, the main rosette dies. However, it usually offsets multiple young rosettes at the base, which can be removed and propagated to repeat the beautiful life cycle again.
