Veltheimia bracteata is a beautiful winter-growing bulb. The inflorescence is a dense raceme of tubular flowers. Flowers pale pink, orange-pink or deep rose-pink. The leaves dying back in summer, and the new leaves appearing in late-summer to autumn.
